Report Card Features

Navigate to: 📝 Exams → 📄 Report Cards

Report cards include:

• Student information (name, roll no, class)

• Subject-wise marks and grades

• Total marks, percentage, GPA

• Rank in class

• Attendance percentage

• Teacher remarks

• Principal remarks

• PDF download option

Generating Report Cards

Single Student:

1. Select exam type

2. Select student

3. Click "Generate Report Card"

4. Preview → Publish → Download PDF

Bulk Generation:

1. Select exam type

2. Select class

3. Click "Generate All Report Cards"

4. System processes all students

5. Bulk publish option

6. Individual PDF downloads

Report Card Data

Stored in wp_ik_report_cards:

Publishing Report Cards

1. Generate card → Status: Draft

2. Review and approve

3. Click "Publish" → is_published = 1

4. Parents can view in portal

5. PDF becomes downloadable

Report Card Analytics

After publishing, the analytics page shows:

• Class average by subject

• Top performers

• Subject-wise pass percentage

• Grade distribution charts

• Year-over-year comparison
