What is an Exam Schedule?
An exam schedule (date sheet) defines:
- Which exam type (Mid-Term, Final, etc.)
- For which class
- Which subject
- Date and time
- Room/venue
- Invigilator (optional)
- Maximum and passing marks
Creating a Schedule
Navigate to: 📝 Exams → 📅 Exam Schedule
Step 1: Select Exam Type and Class

Step 2: Add Subject Entries

Step 3: Review and Publish

Publishing Logic
When you publish a schedule:
is_publishedset to 1- Teachers can see the date sheet
- Students/parents can view (if portal enabled)
- Results entry becomes available after exam date
