4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.

- Restore the material within that timeframe unless the complaining party files a court action against you
5. Repeat Infringer Policy

- Users or licensees who are the subject of multiple valid DMCA complaints will have their licenses terminated
